How many guests does Voëlklip Villa sleep?
The villa sleeps 11 guests across 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, with 6 bathrooms (5 en-suite plus a guest toilet). A baby cot and high chair are available on request. It is ideal for family holidays, multi-generational trips and groups of close friends.
How close is the beach?
Voëlklip Beach is a 100-metre walk from the front door. Kammabaai and Grotto Beach are a short walk along the Hermanus Cliff Path. All three beaches are Blue Flag rated for swimming and family-friendly.
Is there a pool?
Yes. A private pool is set into the front deck with ocean and mountain views. The pool is unheated, and three fireplaces (indoor, front-deck pool area, and backyard) carry the warmth through the cooler months.
Can I watch whales from the villa?
Southern Right Whales visit Walker Bay from June to November. You can see them from the cliff path at the end of the street, and often from the front deck itself. Hermanus is considered the best land-based whale watching in the world.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are welcome in the garden. Please let Celeste know in advance so she can prepare the home.
What is the benefit of booking direct?
